Intake

During this call you'll walk us through your existing revenue stack and how your team is using each tool. We'll confirm access for offline work and identify any areas you'd specifically like to focus on. Make sure to tell us what you're already planning so we don't accidentally double up! Our goal is to give you new ideas (and if possible validate your existing plan).

Assessment

We'll be behind the scenes looking at usage, adoption, dashboards/reporting and overall system performance. At two points we may request "Q&A sessions" where we will come with an agenda of questions to better understand your unique sales motions.

Final Report & Presentation

What you've been waiting for: a 60 minute presentation with recommendations of changes/improvements any sales professional with admin access can deploy to get more out of your existing system. At the end, you'll get a full write up of our recommendations as well as areas where you're doing well and suggestions for areas of further investigation.

Our assessment will take a holistic view of how your tool stack works together. It will include an overview of what’s working well and itemise any areas you want us to look at closely. Then we will evaluate 5 main areas for potential improvement:

  • Access Controls
  • Automation
  • Reporting/Dashboards
  • Ease-of-Use

Our goal is to find one “quick win” for each section – and if we can’t find a quick win, we will validate what’s working and identify what your current blocker is.
